‘Building Communities. Transforming Lives’

Welcome to the homepage of the ‘Keepmoat Homes Community Fund’ thank you for taking the time to visit the page and find out further information.

Keepmoat Homes were selected as Homes England’s preferred developer for the former Brodsworth Colliery site in September 2016 following a competitive tender process.

Alongside our commitment to deliver new homes, Keepmoat will be focusing on supporting the local community and have set up ‘Keepmoat Homes Community Fund’ in partnership with Woodlands Speaks to provide opportunities to help local people and groups deliver work that supports much needed local community priorities.
